Q1: What is the ruling for one who divorced his wife with a single divorce; if he takes her back, does he have to have intercourse with her immediately or not? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good.
A1: If the husband who divorced his wife with a revocable divorce takes her back during the waiting period, she is his wife, and the relationship should be conducted with kindness as it was before the divorce.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
