Q1: If a man divorces his wife with one or two divorces and wants to take her back, what should he do? Does she return to him with three divorces remaining, or with whatever remains of his right to divorce?
A1: If a man takes back a woman he divorced with one or two divorces, he has with her whatever remains of the three: two in the first case, and one in the second case.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
