He divorced her three times in writing, then took her back, then divorced her three times in writing

Fatwa number ( 154 )
Q: He divorced his wife three times by writing these words: ("Yes, I, F. A. A., have divorced my wife three times"), and he did not speak, but rather wrote it while silent, and this was following a dispute between them. Then he took her back immediately and bore witness to it, but then his wife harmed him again, so he divorced her three times by writing these
words: (She is divorced, divorced, and divorced). He wrote them while silent and did not speak. He asks: Does the divorce take effect without witnesses? Does the divorce take effect by writing while remaining silent about pronouncing the divorce? Do I have the right to take her back or not?

A: If the situation is as you described in your question and its explanation, namely that you divorced your wife three times by writing, then took her back with witnesses, then divorced her three times by your writing: (You are divorced, divorced, and divorced)—then your wife is divorced three times in any case, whether you pronounced the divorce or were silent, as long as you wrote the divorce to her. It is the same whether witnesses testified to your divorce or not. Consequently, your wife has become separated from you by the major separation, and she is not lawful for you until she marries another husband, a marriage of desire, not a marriage of dissolution. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
