The ruling on one who divorces his wife with three divorces in a single utterance, twice

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: From 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz, to the honorable brother, the esteemed President of the Bisha Court, may Allah grant him success in all good, amen.
Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. After that:
O Beloved: Your noble letter, dated 18/6/1388 AH, has reached you, may Allah guide you, and I have reviewed what your excellence recorded regarding the nature of the divorce that occurred from the husband, F. M. F., to his wife. It is that he divorced her with three divorces in a single phrase, and that she married another after this divorce, then was divorced, then the aforementioned husband returned to her, then he divorced her with three divorces in a single utterance, twice.

Answer: What I see is that the limit has been reached by the last divorce, and he has no right to take her back until she marries another husband; because her marriage to another does not annul the previous divorce; since there is no need for it to free her for the first husband, if we consider it as one divorce, as is the stronger and more correct position from the perspective of evidence, as is not hidden.
And if we consider the three divorces to have occurred, the majority of scholars validate his last divorce, so on either opinion there is no way to free her for him except after she marries another husband.
So I hope that your excellence will inform everyone of that. May Allah reward you, and may He guide your steps.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
