The fifth question of the fatwa number ( 5912 )
Q5: What is the ruling on a man who swore to his wife by the forbidden that she would not enter her maternal uncle's house, and as time passed, she went there with his consent?

A5: If your intention in swearing by the forbidden was to prevent her from entering her maternal uncle's house, and she then entered it, you must pay the expiation for an oath. This is feeding ten poor people from the mid-range of your food, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If you cannot find the means to do so, fast for three days. If your intention was that she should be forbidden to you like your mother, you must pay the expiation for zihar before you approach her. This is freeing a slave. If you cannot find the means to do so, fast for two consecutive months. If you are unable to do that, feed sixty poor people. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
