Puncturing the fetus's head in the mother's womb so that it is born naturally

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sixth question of Fatwa No. ( 18579 )
Q 6: What is the ruling on puncturing the fetus's head in the case of severe hydrocephalus, in order to extract the water from it so that its size is reduced and the child is born naturally without resorting to a surgical operation? It is known that this may lead to the death of the fetus in most cases.
A 6: It is not permissible to expose the fetus in the mother's womb to anything that endangers its life; because it is a respected soul that must not be violated. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
