What is the ruling on equalizing the woman with the man in inheritance regarding monetary assets, and giving the woman half of the man's share in the lands left by the deceased?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : When dividing the inheritance in our country, they give the female a share equal to the male's share in monetary assets and properties within municipal boundaries, but for agricultural lands, they give her half of the male's share. What is the Islamic ruling on this as well?

The Shaykh : The Islamic ruling is what Allah mentioned in His saying:
Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females يُوصِيكُمُ اللَّهُ فِي أَوْلادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنثَيَيْنِ
[An-Nisa 4:11]
The woman does not inherit from the estate as the man does. It is obligatory for the rulers to adhere to the rulings of Allah the Exalted, whether in inheritance or in anything else, because we are the servants of Allah, Mighty and Majestic. It is obligatory upon us to implement everything He has commanded and not to oppose it with what our desires and minds dictate to us
And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers. وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ
[Al-Ma'idah 5:44]
.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with the best reward.
