Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 5337 )
Q1: A man married a virgin woman, then divorced her without consummating the marriage. He then married another woman and divorced her. He then returned and married the first woman, whom he had divorced in the first instance without consummating the marriage. He now has children from her. Is there anything required of him?
A1: If the situation is as described, he owes nothing, and his last marriage to her is valid. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
