Q1: Is it permissible to speak with one's brother's wife?
A1: It is permissible to speak with one's brother's wife to the extent of necessity, provided she is wearing the hijab, there is no fear of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), and it is done without seclusion with her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
