The second question of Fatwa No. ( 13307 )
Q2: We ask you about a woman who was raised with Arabs from her maternal uncles while she was a small girl until she grew up, and a woman who has children came to her. Is it permissible for her to
nurse her children? Please inform us, may Allah reward you and may Allah reward you with good.
A2: Merely being raised together with someone does not establish brotherhood in terms of mahram status, seclusion, or inheritance. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
