A: If the matter is as mentioned in the question, that she divorced her husband and he divorced her, then if his divorce was not the third divorce he pronounced upon her, it is permissible for him to marry her again with a new contract and a new mahr, with her consent, after fulfilling the conditions and pillars of the marriage contract. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
