The Remembrance of Allah During Intercourse

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third and seventh question of Fatwa No. ( 3377 )
Q3: What is the prayer that the wife must perform after meeting her husband, or what is the supplication that the man recites when he bathes on Friday?

A3: It is recommended (mustahabb) for both the husband and the wife to say when intending to have intercourse: “In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep us away from Satan and keep Satan away from what You have provided for us.” They should hope for what Allah the Exalted has decreed for them in terms of chastity and offspring through this intercourse, not merely the satisfaction of desire. No supplication has been prescribed for bathing for the Friday prayer, and there is no prayer that the man and woman perform when intending to have intercourse. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
