The Contract at One of the Shrines

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 4029 )
Q1: There is a person who holds beliefs regarding graves, and he contracted his marriage at one of the shrines. Is this marriage valid?
A1: If they believe that the one buried in the shrine radiates goodness upon the contracts concluded at his shrine and blesses the couple in their marital life so that they are happy with it, then they are mushrikin (those who associate partners with Allah), and their contracts are like the contracts of disbelievers, which are considered in establishing lineage, inheritance, and the like, and they are upheld if they enter Islam and are sincere to Allah in tawhid (the oneness of Allah). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
