Is his marriage to be prioritized over spending on his parents' Hajj?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 19124 )
Q: I am a young man, 23 years old, and I am educated, praise be to Allah. I wish to send my father and mother to perform the obligatory Hajj, knowing that I also wish to complete half of my religion through marriage, because it is a protection for every young man from falling into error. I fear that if I marry with the money I currently have, Allah the Mighty and Majestic may take them away, and I would thereby have prevented them from performing the obligation and would bear a sin, knowing that the financial situation is modest.
A: Your marriage with the money you have takes precedence over spending it on your parents' Hajj, the obligatory Hajj; because marriage lowers the gaze and protects the private parts. This is based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him):
Young man, those of you who can support a wife should marry, for it keeps you from looking at strange women and preserves you from immoralityيا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج، فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج
Mishkat al-Masabih 3080
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded hastening to marriage whenever a person is able to do so. So you should start with yourself first, then with those you are responsible for. As for your parents, if they do not have money to perform Hajj with, then Hajj is not obligatory upon them due to their inability to afford it. If your parents pass away before being able to perform the obligatory Hajj from their own money, there is no blame on them. You may perform Hajj on their behalf yourself, or appoint someone to perform Hajj on their behalf from your money whenever that becomes easy for you. May Allah multiply your reward and make your affairs and your parents' affairs easy.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
