Q3: What is the ruling on the marriage of a student in the second year of middle school who is
14 years old to a girl whose age ranges between 10 and 14 years, if they love each other and their guardians are satisfied with it? The purpose of this question is their young age, meaning, is their marriage permissible and valid despite the fact that each of them is young?
A3: The marriage contract of a young boy with a young girl is valid with the permission of their guardians. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
