Can the guardian make the bridal gift an investment?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 7579 )
Q4: Is it permissible that after the woman's bridal gift has been determined for her, it be made, with the consent of her guardian, a joint partnership between her and her husband, along with an equivalent amount from the husband, such that neither of them has exclusive ownership of any part of it, but rather everything resulting from it is shared between them, so that if one of them dies, his share enters the inheritance only as half of the deceased's estate? No.
One of them does not have a specific share of it; rather, everything that results from it is shared between them. So if one of them dies, does he only enter into half of the deceased's estate as inheritance?

A 4: The woman's mahr is her property, like her other wealth. If she shares it with her husband or someone else in a permissible matter, that is permissible. If one of them dies, his share goes to the heirs. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
