Q1: If the matter is in the hands of the believing faction in any country of the Muslim lands, and enjoining good and forbidding evil is established as Allah
and His Messenger commanded, is it obligatory for women to observe hijab, meaning: covering the face, given that there is disagreement on this?
A1: It is obligatory for a woman to observe hijab from non-mahram men in any country. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
