A brother or friend entering the house in the husband's absence

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of the fatwa ( 8003 )
Q4: Is it permissible for my brother or my friend to enter my house in my absence, when no one is in the house except my wife alone, or she and my mother, or my sister, or some of my daughters, if he comes to visit me from a distant town and brings with him his wife or some of his female relatives, such as his mother, his sister, or his daughter? And is it permissible for me to give permission for entry in such a case, or not?
A4: It is not permissible for anyone other than the mahrams of your wife, such as your brother and the like, to enter upon your wife in your absence, nor is it permissible for your wife to give him permission to enter upon her. It is permissible for the mahrams of your wife to enter upon her in your absence. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
