Q: We present to your esteemed self this petition from all the heirs of the deceased Ibrahim Sa'd al-Musaylikh regarding the request for a fatwa, in that they are minor children and had extracted their rights and a preliminary pension before the disbursement
of the monthly pension salary. Do we have the right to pay this amount against the debt owed by their deceased father, or should the debt be left and the money paid to the minors? Knowing that the minors have been residing in the property of their deceased father since the year 1404 AH. We ask Allah, then you, to look into our situation and give us a formal, legal fatwa. May Allah preserve you.
