If one of his wives is given money by her relatives, is he obligated to give the others?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 2193 )
Q1: I have a daughter who is an employee, and she gives her mother a portion of her salary, and I am in no need of her salary, and she gives me more than she gives her mother. The second has a son who causes me to have money and profits, and he gives his mother from his income, and the third has
young children and has no income from any source, and when she asks me for money I give it to her and I give her co-wives the same as I give her, out of fear of not being just. And what I fear is: if I give her more than her co-wives because they have children who give them, and I interpret the hadith:
You and your wealth belong to your fatherأنت ومالك لأبيك
, is what they give from their children mine, and I give the third the same, or not? I ask for guidance.

A1: If the situation is as you described, that what your daughter gives her mother from her salary, and what your son gives his mother from his share of the mentioned profit, then you are not obligated to give your third wife the same as what her co-wives are given from their children; because the daughter giving to her mother and the son giving to his mother is considered dutifulness from each of them to their mother, so you are not obligated to give the third wife in return for that, but rather it is obligatory for you to give each of the wives what suffices her and her children in a good manner. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
