Q2: There is another man who has two wives. One of the wives has a personal salary from the government of one thousand riyals without any work in return, and the other has nothing. Is it permissible for him to give the wife who has no salary an amount equal to the salary of the wife who has a salary, or less, or is it not permissible for him to give her anything? Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you.
A2: That is not permissible; because of the lack of justice involved in it; because the salary mentioned is not from the husband. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
