Q4: There are some people who ask the husband in the morning after the wedding of his wife
from the night about the virginity of his wife (the bride) by saying: (Did you find your wife’s virginity intact, or did you find that it had been lost?) Is it permissible for the husband to answer this question, even if the questioner is one of his parents or one of her parents?
A4: It is not permissible to ask about that, nor to answer it; rather, this door should be closed; in order to preserve the privacy of the Muslims. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
