A man sitting around a woman without a barrier while her husband is present

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sixth question of Fatwa No. ( 4246 )
Q6: What is the meaning of the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): “A man should not be alone with a woman except with her husband or a mahram (a relative one may not marry)?” And is it permissible for a man to sit around a woman without a barrier if her husband is present in the same house, or not?
A6: Its meaning is that it is not permissible for a man to be alone with a woman who is a stranger to him in a place where no one sees them, unless her husband or a mahram (a relative one may not marry) is with her; out of fear of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), and that something may occur between them that angers Allah the Exalted, such as lewdness or the means to it.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
