The Muslim's Inheritance from a Disbeliever

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The eighth question of Fatwa No. ( 4214 )
Q 8: If his father died as a disbeliever and bequeathed his entire estate to his Muslim daughter, excluding the rest of the children who are disbelievers, what is the ruling? Does she take one-third and share the two-thirds with them?
A 8: She is entitled to one-third of his wealth upon the confirmation of his death, and she does not inherit anything from the two-thirds due to the difference in their religion; rather, those two-thirds belong to his disbelieving children. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
