Q 6, 7: Does a female have a share in her father's inheritance in the land, the sheep,
and the money and the wall? Is it permissible for the father's estate to be divided among the sons by mutual agreement, or not?
A 6, 7: Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, clarified inheritance in His Book, saying:[An-Nisa 4:11] , so a female among the daughters has half of what a male has of the movable and immovable inheritance, and that is after settling the deceased's debt, if he had one, and executing his lawful bequest, if there is one. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
