If he did not make a bequest after his death to prevent problems among the heirs

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 2143 )
Q4: By the grace of Allah, I have some wealth, and I want to make a bequest, but I fear that the endowment will eventually fall into the hands of those who are not its rightful owners, and that problems will arise among the heirs and that it will be managed in a way other than what Allah has prescribed. So I want, if Allah grants me success in doing good, to do good during my lifetime and not make a bequest. .
A4: The avenues of righteousness are many, and the ways of doing good are varied. So whichever path you take and in which you do good work, you will have the reward and the good recompense from Allah, by His grace and kindness. If you hasten to spend your wealth in your lifetime and actually spend it in one of the avenues of righteousness, according to your judgment, such as building a mosque, for example, that is good, and good is hoped for you, if Allah wills. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
