Q1: Is it permissible for a man to take back what he gave as a gift to his full brother, and what is the evidence?
A1: It is not permissible for him to take it back; because it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 1622g narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim , and because it is established from him (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Sahih al-Bukhari 2622 . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

ليس مثل السوء الذي يعود في هبته كالكلب يقيء ثم يرجع في قيئه
