She renovated a dilapidated endowment for her mother with the intention of becoming a partner in the endowment

Fatwa number ( 2326 )
Q: A woman had a house in the town of al-Salmiyyah in al-Kharj, and she endowed it for her 'Id sacrifice and for her son who had died before her. Then she died, and her only heirs were her daughters and a residuary male heir. One of the daughters took charge of the house, and its condition was poor. She renovated it entirely with her own money and wanted to make herself a partner with her mother and her brother in the sacrifice. Her second sister agreed to this. Is it valid for her to make herself a partner in exchange for her renovation of the house? Please inform us, may Allah reward you, and peace be upon you.

A: If she did not donate the money she spent on renovating the house, but rather her intention was to be a partner with her mother in exchange for the money she spent on the renovation, then it is permissible for her to be a partner in the house to the extent of the money she spent. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
