Taking an interest-bearing loan from the bank to open a commercial shop

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 4047 )
Q2: Is it permissible for me, according to the Shari'ah, to take a loan from the bank with interest-bearing rates, so that I can open a shop with which I can dispense with the service in such jobs that are carried out by a disbeliever?
A2: It is not permissible for you to take a loan with interest from a bank or any other source, neither for the purpose you mentioned nor for any other purpose; because a loan with interest is riba (usury or interest) that is forbidden by the Qur'an, the Sunnah, and scholarly consensus.
