A1: It is permissible to lease agricultural land for a known period for a known fee in dirhams.
As narrated by Ibn 'Umar It was narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim and Ahmad and Abu Dawud . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

As narrated by Ibn 'Umar
The Jews asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to allow them to remain in Khaybar on the condition that they work it, and that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would have half of whatever it produced in crops or fruit. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: We will allow you to remain on that condition as long as we wish.
أن اليهود سألوا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يقرهم بخيبر على أن يعملوها، ويكون لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم شطر ما يخرج منها من زرع أو ثمر، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: نقركم على ذلك ما شئنا
