Q1: Some people lend money for a fixed term to purchase real estate, cars, or other goods, and then the borrower pledges a post-dated check on one of the banks. What is your opinion of this method?
A1: If the check is accepted by the bank on which it is drawn, it is permissible to pledge it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
