A2: If this debt is the price of a forbidden item, it is not permissible for you to pay it
to its owner; because this is cooperation in sin and aggression, andAs-Sunan al-Kubra lil-Nasa'i 65:77 As for if this debt is in exchange for a permissible item; then it is obligatory for you to pay it off; because it is a right of a creation in your trust. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
