Q8: What is the ruling on a seller who buys a product from the factory that is adulterated?
A8: If he intends to sell it while knowing that it is adulterated, it is obligatory for him to inform the buyer that it is adulterated, and if he does not disclose this, he commits a sin; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

Whoever cheats us is not one of us.
