Q3: Ifthere is a seller to whom farmers give their fruits to sell, and he knows that they are deceiving in them by placing the large fruits on top and the small ones on the bottom; do they sinor not, and what is obligatory for him in this case?
A3: The seller must advise the farmers and warn them against deception, perhaps Allah will guide them. The seller must mention any defect in the goods when selling them; if he does not do so, he sins.
