Offering a commodity at two prices and parting without specifying one of them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 8779 )
Q2: In a sale, the seller says: “This item is yours for ten riyals on credit, or for five riyals cash,” and the buyer takes it and leaves. The seller does not know whether he bought it for cash or on credit. I hope you will answer.
A2: If the situation is as you described, the sale is not permissible; because it is of the
forms of two sales in one sale, and it is established that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade two sales in one sale; because of the ignorance involved in it, which leads to dispute and disagreement.
