One of his sons was given a special gift, and the rest of his sons were content with that

The third question of Fatwa number ( 17001 )
Q3: My father gave me an old house, and I demolished it and built in it. He also gave my other brother a plot of land to build a house on. Then he gave me, my brother, and my mother a sum of money to help us with the construction, knowing that we have other brothers. What is the ruling on this? And what is the ruling if these brothers are content with what happened?
A3: It is obligatory for parents to be just between their children in giving gifts, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Be afraid of Allah, and be just to your children.اتقوا الله واعدلوا بين أولادكم
Sahih al-Bukhari 2587
. What you mentioned regarding your parents' actions is permissible if the rest of your brothers are content with it and are of sound mind. However, if they are not content with it, it is not permissible for your parents to give you and your brother something without the rest of your brothers, due to the aforementioned hadith. If there is a dispute among you, the reference for this is the Sharia court in your area. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
