The husband gives his wife a gift in return for her kindness to him

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 12168 )
Q: I am a middle-aged man who married an Egyptian woman two years ago. She is righteous and attends to my service, going beyond her capacity for my comfort. I have no sons or daughters, and my only heirs are my brothers' sons, who are in Jeddah while I am in al-Wajh. I want to give one-third of what I own to my wife in return for her dedication and her care for my service. Is it permissible for me to do so?
A: It is permissible for you to give your wife what you mentioned as a completed gift during your lifetime in return for her kindness to you and her service to you.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
