The Ruling on Gifting to One's Wife

Question:
From the questioner (A.B.Y.) he says: Your Eminence, may Allah preserve you, I am married to a righteous woman, but Allah has not granted me a child from her. The doctors have confirmed her inability to bear children, and I possess nothing other than the house in which we live. Is it permissible for me to register the house in which we live in her name so that it may be a support for her in her life, or is this forbidden? I inform you that she is my only wife, I do not intend to marry again, and I have six brothers and sisters.

Answer:
There is no harm in that if you give her your house and register it in her name while you are in good health; there is nothing wrong with it. However, in the case of illness, no. If you are in good health and you give her your house or give her something else from your wealth, there is no harm in that. Yes.
