The husband gifts his wife a gift in return for her patience regarding her inability to bear children

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 12271 )
Q: I am a man who has been married for a long time and have not been blessed with offspring. I owned a piece of land, and when I began building on it, I offered my wife to sell the jewelry she owned to contribute to the construction in exchange for me selling her a quarter of it. The amount was far less than the value of the quarter I promised her,
and the days passed until I had an apartment in my house. I wish to write it over to my wife as a gift, as a reward for her patience in not bearing children, and in recognition of her loyalty, which is the gold she sold to contribute to building the house and her struggle alongside me. I ask you to issue a ruling on this matter, for I fear Allah regarding her.

A: There is no harm in writing the apartment over to her based on that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
