The tent set up for women’s prayer near the mosque

The seventh question of Fatwa No. ( 5315 )
Q7: We found a mosque built in the shape of a tent because there is no space inside the men’s mosque for the women to pray. This tent is a little distance from the aforementioned mosque. Is it considered a prayer place? Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to enter it? Also, we pray alongside the men; is the prayer permissible?
A7: It is not obligatory for women to pray in the mosque, nor is it obligatory for them to pray in congregation. However, it is permissible for them to go to the mosque to pray an obligatory or voluntary prayer. It is permissible to set up a tent for them behind the men in the mosque so they can pray in it, provided that they are covered, not adorned, and not wearing perfume. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Do not prevent the female servant your women from visiting the mosques of Allah.
لا تمنعوا إماء الله مساجد اللهO you who have believed, do not approach prayer while you are intoxicated until you know what you are saying or in a state of janabah, except those passing through [a place of prayer], until you have washed [your whole body]
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
