Building a tent near the grave

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 5848 )
Q1: What is your opinion, may you be blessed, regarding building a tent next to the grave, where those who recite the Qur'an sit and recite it for three days, then they give and dedicate the reward of that recitation to the soul of their deceased relative? Is this act required and prescribed, and is there reward for it, or not? Also, the reciters receive a wage in exchange for their recitation over the three days. Is that wage permissible for them, given that they are poor? Please inform us.
A1: It is not permissible to build a tent next to the grave, where those who recite the Qur'an sit, make the reward of the recitation for the deceased, and take a wage for the recitation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
