Q3: If a wealthy person donates money to be distributed to poor university students, and there is a person who is able to buy the books, but he takes from this money knowing that there are people more in need than he is, is this permissible?
A3: If the situation is as described, it is not permissible for the wealthy person to take anything from this money. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
