Adding to the alms given at the end of Ramadan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of the fatwa number ( 9386 )
Q1: Is the alms given at the end of Ramadan limited to giving each member of my family a single sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) without adding to it? By "adding," I mean voluntary charity, not a precaution against the sa' being short. I do not inform the poor person to whom I give it about this charity. For example, I have ten people, and I buy a bag of rice weighing fifty kilograms and give it all as the alms given at the end of Ramadan for these ten people without measuring it in sa's, because I know it exceeds their requirement by twenty kilograms or more, considering the excess as voluntary charity. Then, I do not tell him that this excess is voluntary charity; rather, I say, "Take our zakah." He does not know that the bag contains more than the zakah, so he accepts it willingly. What is the ruling on this?
A1 : The alms given at the end of Ramadan is a sa' (a dry measure of about 3 kg) of wheat, dates, rice, or the like of the staple food of the country, for one person, male or female, young or old. There is no blame on giving an excess in the alms given at the end of Ramadan, as you did, with the intention of voluntary charity
even if you do not inform the poor person of it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
