The woman who doubts whether she has entered a state of major ritual impurity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 13595 )
Q2: A woman frequently doubts at night that she is in a state of major ritual impurity without her husband having touched her; she only doubts, to the point that sometimes she doubts this while she is awake and is confused.
A2: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions... And to proceed: There is no obligation on the woman who doubts whether she has entered a state of major ritual impurity to perform the full ritual bath based on mere doubt; because the original state is the absence of major ritual impurity, just as the original state is that the conscience is free from the obligation of the full ritual bath. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
