Ruling on wiping over socks if they have holes or are transparent

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa number ( 5512 )
Q 5: What is the ruling on wiping over socks if they have holes
or are transparent?

A 5: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. After that: It is permissible to wipe over them in wudu' instead of washing the feet if they were put on while in a state of ritual purity, provided that the holes do not become large by custom, or the transparency does not increase to the point where the feet are considered naked, such that what is behind them, like redness or blackness, can be seen. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
