Continuity in the Ablution

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa number ( 13142 )
Q 1: A man performed ablution while wearing leather socks and wiped over them. The time limit for wiping had ended, and he remembered that the time limit had expired before he prayed, about ten minutes after all his limbs had dried. Does he have to repeat the entire ablution, or does he only need to wash his feet? May Allah reward you with good.
A 1: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions. After that: If the matter is as described, it is obligatory for the man mentioned to repeat the ablution, because continuity in ablution is obligatory. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
