A 5: Praise be to Allah alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. After that: It is obligatory to wipe the head once in ablution. If a person performs ablution and forgets to wipe, he must repeat the ablution if a long time has passed, because continuity is obligatory. If he remembers immediately, he wipes his head and repeats washing his feet. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
