Gold Teeth for the Deceased

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 1136 )
Q1: What is the ruling on gold teeth for a deceased person who has passed away to the mercy of Allah, if he has gold teeth? Is there any sin in that or not?
A1: A deceased person who has died and been buried, and who has gold teeth, has not committed any sin in that. If it was possible to remove them before burial and their removal would not cause him harm, then they should be removed. If he was buried and they were not removed, the grave should not be dug up to remove them. Ahmad said regarding a deceased person whose teeth are bound with gold: If it is possible to remove them without some of his teeth falling out, remove them; if there is a fear that some of them will fall out, leave them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
