Multiple Adhans in the Mosques of a Single Neighborhood

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 9895 )
Q1: Is it obligatory to perform the adhan with loudspeakers in all the mosques of a single neighborhood, given that the adhan of one mosque is heard by all the Muslims? And is the adhan in one mosque of the neighborhood sufficient?
A1: The adhan is a collective obligation (fard kifayah). If a mu'adhdhin in the neighborhood calls the adhan and makes it heard by its residents, that suffices for them. It is prescribed (mashru') for the people of each mosque to call the adhan, due to the generality of the evidence. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
