The Adhan in its Time

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question nineteen and twenty from Fatwa number ( 5953 )
Q19: Some mu'adhdhins delay the adhan until the iqamah is called in the neighboring mosques in the neighborhood, so should the prayer be established upon hearing the adhan in the other mosques, or should the adhan and iqamah be called immediately? I hope for an answer, may Allah guide you.
A19: It is prescribed for the mu'adhdhin to hasten with the adhan at the beginning of the time with the people. If he delays it for an excuse or otherwise, there is no need to call the adhan if the people of the mosque can hear the adhan of another; because there is no need for it.
Q20: What is the ruling on one who calls the adhan ten minutes before the time enters, and does he have to repeat it? I hope for an answer? May Allah reward you with the best reward.
A20: It is not permissible to call the adhan before the time enters. And if one calls the adhan and it becomes clear to him that his adhan occurred before the time of the prayer for which he called entered, it is obligatory for him to repeat the adhan after the time enters, except for the Fajr prayer, for which the first adhan is called before the time enters, and then it is called again after the time enters. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
